TNT pressed boosters can be used for boosting insensitive explosives e.g. ANFO or both as a separate charges in opencast mining and in the field of geophysics. It’s also used in the performance of specialized blasting works.
Boosters are produced in a cylinder or cuboid shape and depending on type – covered with paper or plastic. Boosters in weights above 250 g are additionally equipped with a central through-hole and one or two slots for a fuse.

|Packing||Generally boosters are packed into polyethylene bags in cardboard boxes protected with adhesive tape. Free space inside a box is filled with corrugated board. All types of packages have got the UN mark and meet the requirements of RID, ADR and IMDG transport regulations.|
