Hexogen is one of the most powerful blasting explosives. It’s widely applied as a military explosive both individually (in form of different charges) and as a component of many explosive compositions. After the addition to RDX plasticizers and other ingredients, plastic explosives are formed. Used, inter alia in HEAT charges and reactive armor.
